Thanks to Dale, my boss at CEDPA, I have found Kathmandu's smaller, but possibly more elegant version of Millennium Park. In the middle of the city is the Garden of Dreams, a secret-garden type oasis behind brick walls and fences. Despite having been there twice, I have yet to bring my camera, but I found other pics and a link to give you an idea of the scope of the garden. Next time I will for sure take some pictures, and spend an afternoon enjoying the bit of paradise.
